Workshop on ‘Understanding and overcoming stress using yoga and mindfulness practice’.

Why are we scared of stress? Is it possible to completely eliminate stress? Is it healthy do so? How does the ancient traditions of yoga and mindfulness address stress? Can we find solutions in yoga and mindfulness to effectively understand stress and use it to strengthen us? We welcome you to attend our workshop to find out.
The workshop has two components - Interactive component and a practical component. We will:

  1. Understand the concept of stress according to yoga and mindfulness philosophy;
  2. Experience the benefits of yoga and mindfulness in addressing stress through practicing carefully designed exercises for this purpose.
