Yoga therapy begins with you

A personal, structured process that goes beyond physical postures.

Your health, your present capacity, and the way multiple sclerosis, burnout, anxiety, or another ongoing health concern affects daily life shape the work from the beginning.

We develop practices suited to you and review what changes in your sleep, energy, mobility, emotional steadiness, and ability to manage daily life.

The aim is to help you understand what supports your health and use those tools with greater confidence, ease, and consistency.

Yoga therapy works alongside the medical or psychological care you receive.

I have never slept so well in my life.

Meet Karthikeyan

Before training as a yoga therapist, I worked for many years as a corporate lawyer. I understand the pressure to keep functioning, even when the body and mind are asking for something different.

After being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, I began looking for practical ways to take a more active role in my health alongside medical care. That experience led me to study yoga in greater depth and complete a Master of Science in Yoga at S VYASA.

My work now brings together traditional yoga, research, careful assessment, and lived experience.

I know what it is to face a health challenge without a clear sense of what comes next. That is often where our work begins.

Participant experience

What changed for them

I feel grounded, calm and grateful. The holistic approach of the program with large toolkit, structure including group contributions and the group's commitment to showing up for every session was most helpful. I am very grateful for this life changing experience.

CoralieCalm Within Chaos participant

I feel a lot better now. I do not feel depressed or stuck in the past. I am now living in the moment and see way more the bright sides of things. I now see clearly my limits and I know what to do and how to respond if things get too overwhelming.

LilanyCalm Within Chaos participant

I feel like I am able to take deeper breaths and I am able to calm myself down faster if I am anxious. The program has given me a better ability to integrate yoga into my daily life and routine.

SaraCalm Within Chaos participant

I feel good. No problems with breathing anymore. Less worries and less thoughts in general. More peaceful feeling. Karthikeyan's dedication, enthusiasm and confidence were great.

ElizabethCalm Within Chaos participant

I now practice every morning. In daily life I am more aware of the distance between myself and my body, between myself and my emotions. There is more structure in my inner world. You have shown me yoga in a way that landed.

OlgaCalm Within Chaos participant

I feel good, I am more aware. The exercises themselves were most helpful and the variations so that you can try different things and see how they work for you. It works differently for everyone.
