Meet Karthikeyan
Before training as a yoga therapist, I spent years as a corporate lawyer. I know what it means to push through, to treat the body as something to manage around rather than listen to.
Then I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. What followed was years navigating a health system that understood the diagnosis well but had very little to offer for how to actually live with it. I made a deliberate choice to look for something different. Yoga therapy turned out to be one of the most important things I found.
That experience shapes everything about how I work. I trained rigorously, completing an MSc in Yoga from S-VYASA. My thesis included primary research: a 50-day online study with 60 participants in the Netherlands who were experiencing burnout symptoms, which found measurable improvements in both burnout and sleep quality.
I know what it is to face a health challenge with no clear path forward. That is where our work begins.
Not a general yoga class. A therapeutic process.
Yoga therapy uses the tools of yoga: movement, breathwork, relaxation, meditation, and yogic philosophy, each adapted to your specific health condition using evidence-informed protocols. Unlike a general yoga class, every element of the work is shaped around you. I take responsibility for understanding your situation clearly before designing anything, and for adjusting the work as you progress.
What working together actually looks like
When a health challenge persists, there are often patterns in the body, breath, mind, and nervous system that are not being addressed. Yoga therapy works with those patterns directly. We begin by building a clear picture of your specific situation: your condition, your history, your present capacity. A practice is then designed around that.
This is not a fixed curriculum. Each session builds on the previous one. The practice grows as you do. Where you are receiving medical care, yoga therapy works alongside it responsibly.
- Understand how stress, breath, and nervous system patterns are affecting your health, and what can be done about them
- Receive a personalised practice tailored to your condition, goals, and present capacity
- Choose between one-to-one support or a structured yoga therapy group programme
- Build practical tools for recovery, self-regulation, and day-to-day functioning
- Develop a steadier, more trusting relationship with your body over time
- Receive regular check-ins and progress reviews so your practice can evolve over time
- Establish a consistent practice around your actual schedule that you can sustain after the programme ends
Yoga Therapy Programmes
Each programme is built around a specific health challenge. The structure is strong enough to create real change, and flexible enough to adapt as you progress.
Taken seriously at every step
Every process is individualised, clearly bounded, and offered with full respect for the medical care you may already be receiving. Yoga therapy works alongside your doctors and specialists.

What changed for them
“I feel grounded, calm and grateful. The holistic approach of the program with large toolkit, structure including group contributions and the group's commitment to showing up for every session was most helpful. I am very grateful for this life changing experience.”
“I feel a lot better now. I do not feel depressed or stuck in the past. I am now living in the moment and see way more the bright sides of things. I now see clearly my limits and I know what to do and how to respond if things get too overwhelming.”
“I feel like I am able to take deeper breaths and I am able to calm myself down faster if I am anxious. The program has given me a better ability to integrate yoga into my daily life and routine.”
“I feel good. No problems with breathing anymore. Less worries and less thoughts in general. More peaceful feeling. Karthikeyan's dedication, enthusiasm and confidence were great.”
“I now practice every morning. In daily life I am more aware of the distance between myself and my body, between myself and my emotions. There is more structure in my inner world. You have shown me yoga in a way that landed.”
“I feel good, I am more aware. The exercises themselves were most helpful and the variations so that you can try different things and see how they work for you. It works differently for everyone.”
