As a certified Yoga Therapist with an MSc in Yoga, I support individuals on their path to healing through research based, personalized yoga therapy protocols. Drawing from years of experience, I help address the root causes of imbalance, beyond symptom management, to restore harmony in body and mind.
My approach is grounded in care, respect, and a belief in your innate capacity to heal. Having walked this path myself, I meet you with deep understanding and care, helping you cultivate resilience, vitality, and lasting well-being.

“Impact of Online Yoga on Symptoms of Burnout among Adults in the Netherlands” – Conducted a 50 -day structured online yoga therapy program with 30 participants. Results showed significant reductions in burnout parameters and improved sleep quality.
