Hello, I’m Karthikeyan, certified Yoga Therapist
As a certified Yoga Therapist with an MSc degree in Yoga, I have in-depth knowledge of advanced Yoga therapy techniques including yogic counseling. I am skilled at helping people dealing with health issues to benefit from therapeutic aspects of practicing yoga. My personal journey in coping with multiple sclerosis and background as a former lawyer helps in understanding challenges that come along with chronic health conditions as well as the demands of modern corporate life. In addition to addressing the symptoms, together we will identify underlying root causes and restore balance. With constant support and sustained practice, you will be able to break existing harmful habit patterns and substitute them with positive, life affirming habits. This creates an ideal environment for healing.

Personal Journey
I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2012. Living with Multiple Sclerosis has taught me many things. The most important one – taking responsibility for my health and doing all that I can to heal. Through Yoga practice, I was able adopt a positive approach towards managing illness and learn to cope with the unexpected changes in my life. Therapeutic aspects of Yoga removed mental blocks, aligned body, mind towards healing and restoring lost balance. The most remarkable part – it took me many years and as many imbalances in my lifestyle to attain a health condition, while a few months of dedicated practice of Yoga Therapy techniques was already showing clear signs of recovery and healing. Eventually it inspired me to study Yoga Therapy and now I have an opportunity to introduce these powerful tools to others to support them in their healing journey.
